Who we are

The Great Media Advertising Agency ("we", "us") is a PACRA-registered business based in Lusaka, Zambia. Contact: WhatsApp +260 964 576 875.

What we collect

When you apply or message us we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email (if given), company details, and your answers about your business, budget and goals. Our website also records standard technical data (pages viewed, device, approximate location from your IP, the campaign that brought you here) using the Meta pixel and our own server logs.

Why we collect it

• To assess whether we can help your business and to reply to you.
• To measure which advertising brings genuine applications, so we spend less on what doesn't.
• To keep records of applications and clients as required for running the business.

Where it lives

Applications are stored in a secured database (Supabase) accessible only to The Great Media. Alerts are sent to us by email. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else. We do not add you to mailing lists.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and browser storage to measure visits, clicks and applications — the same tracking we build for clients. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works. Meta's own handling of pixel data is described in Meta's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll do it within a few working days.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
